Why are there so few reviews?
VONTRE ATELIER is a young label in development. We are intentionally growing slowly, focusing on quality over quantity. Initial customer feedback can be found directly on our product pages.

📦 Order & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Your order will be produced and packaged within 2–4 business days. Shipping then takes place as follows:
- 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 5–7 business days
- 🇪🇺 EU: 3–5 business days
- 🇺🇸 USA: 3–5 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to Switzerland, the entire EU, and the USA – with no minimum order value.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Switzerland, the entire EU, and the USA. Orders to the USA are produced and shipped directly within the USA – with no customs duties or import fees.

What material are the shirts made from?
All our shirts are made from high-quality, combed cotton (100% or ring-spun) for maximum comfort and durability.

How does the sizing run?
Our products have an oversized fit. Please refer to our size chart to find the perfect size. We are happy to help with any questions!

Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Our designs are high-quality printed and remain sharp even after many washes.

What do "Atelier N° 01" and "Atelier N° 02" mean?
Each number represents a limited collection with its own design and character. N° 01 is our first collection, N° 02 is the second – and so on.

Are the shirts limited?
Yes. Each VONTRE ATELIER collection is limited to a certain number of pieces. If a collection is sold out, it will not be restocked – no reprints, no remaining stock. Whoever owns a piece has something unique.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What happens if the product has a defect?
In case of production defects or damage, we will send you a new product free of charge. Simply contact us with photos of the defect.

Can I exchange an item if the size doesn't fit?
No, unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Since all our products are made individually to your order (Made-to-Order), we cannot offer size or color changes. Please carefully check our size chart before ordering.
