RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. As every piece at VONTRE ATELIER is exclusively made to order, returns are only possible for production defects or transit damage.

EXCHANGE

If your product has a defect – be it a misprint, a wrong product, or damage – we will take care of it immediately and free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the issue.

PROCESS

1. Contact us via our contact form with your order number and a photo.
2. We will review your case and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
3. If the complaint is justified, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

SIZE NOTE

As each piece is custom-made for you, we kindly ask you to carefully check our size chart before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
